This article will guide you through the procedure of cancelling your KashFlow Payroll (only) subscription.
If you no longer require Payroll or the company has stopped trading, then in order to cancel you will need to login to your KashFlow Payroll account and obtain the 'Support Reference'.
Once you have the reference you are required to email payrollrenewals@iris.co.uk, including the company reference, support reference and the reason for the cancellation request.
